Put Down Your Fork and Reflect

When you have food inside your mouth, take the time to chew it and reflect on it. Do not put another scoop of food in your mouth until you are done chewing and swallowing your food. Put down your fork when you are chewing and assess your emotions. How are you feeling as you are eating? This can help you make smarter decisions before you get back up for a second helping.
