While availing of the virtual payment mode available on the website, G.P.A. Inc. will not be responsible or assume any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss, damage, extra charges, costs (including legal cost), or expenses arising directly or indirectly due to:
- lack of authorization for any transactions by your payment provider;
- any payment issues arising out of the transaction;
- decline of payment by your payment provider or
- decline of such transaction for any other reason by your payment provider.
Note the following as it relates to refunds and cancellations while performing payments on www.gpatelier.org:
Once you have booked onto the G.P.A. Inc. coaching program, online course or store products and services, the following cancellation fees detailed in this policy will apply.
- G.P.A. Inc. does not offer refunds for clients who have made full payment for any coaching program in which they are enrolled, including The O.P.A.L. Code.
However, an exception may be considered for participants enrolled in The O.P.A.L. Code who are unable to complete the program within the 90-day period due to extenuating circumstances. In such instances, the participant must submit a written notification outlining the circumstances affecting their ability to continue within the designated timeframe (three weeks as of the program start date).
While no refund will be issued, the participant may be granted the opportunity to rejoin the program when the next cohort begins, subject to review and approval by G.P.A. Inc.
- As it relates to the coaching program (the O.P.A.L Code), if the client refuses to show up after 14 days and has paid in full, no refund will be issued.
- If a client has made a partial payment of 50% or more towards the O.P.A.L code program and cannot meet the balance within the 14-day period, the client will NO LONGER have access to the coaching program and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- If a client refuses to attend the O.P.A.L Code coaching program “for what so ever reason” and refuses to write formally providing official notice in writing, G.P.A. Inc will Not Refund the client, and the client will be able to join in at the start of the next cohort offer.
- As it stands, no refunds will be made available regarding the course/s, workshops, coaching programs, enrolled into or any such products or services purchased on this website.
