Genitta Pascal is a seasoned Business Administrator, Inspirational Speaker, Board Member, Philanthropist, and the Founder and Director of G.P.A. Inc., a coaching and consultancy company dedicated to empowering professional women through transformative, on-demand coaching.

A childhood cancer survivor who grew up in humble beginnings, Genitta has turned her journey of resilience into a platform for guiding others. She channels her experiences into her signature OPAL Code coaching program, helping women shift their mindset, overcome challenges, and launch purpose-driven ideas with confidence.

With a strong background in administration, operations, and organizational development, Genitta has served several distinguished organizations, providing strategic support in leadership, program development, and implementation. She served as the first Country Coordinator of the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network, coordinating the “Youth, Peace & Security” program in Saint Lucia, impacting over 3,000 youth and earning recognition from the Ministry of Youth Development.

Genitta holds an MBA in Leadership and Innovation, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, and certifications in Transformational Leadership and Project Management, reflecting her dedication to excellence and continuous growth.
