Ajani Lebourne is a young professional with expertise in Training & Development, Coaching and Leadership. His leadership and capacity building efforts have contributed to the enhancement of Youth, Education and Social Policy in Saint Lucia and the Commonwealth region. He is a recipient of the 2017 Queen’s Young Leaders award and Saint Lucia’s Outstanding Student Leader in 2016. Ajani currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Saint Lucia National Youth Council, Vice Chair (Advocacy and Partnerships) for the Commonwealth Students’ Association and Country Head (Saint Lucia) for HTEC Management Solutions, a regional Training & Development consulting firm. He has an academic background in Political Science at the University of the West Indies.
