International Women’s Day Seminar

When asked to serve as a speaker sharing my story of how I was able to “shift my mindset, to overcome the challenge and pursue my goals ” to the Harbor Club Champions on such an auspicious occasion, I thought, WOW, as I had just completed a workshop sharing with women how important it is to shift their mindset to overcome challenges and accomplish their goals.

Indeed, I was honored to attend such an event organized by Mr. And Mrs. Cleghorn. I learned that you grow where you are poured into. That was a sight to see. Employees from all departments sat in the room, which screamed inclusion for me.

Be reminded that even as those individuals and organizations pour into us, may we continue to make the necessary shifts as we self-motivate, self-validate, and do the same for ourselves to pursue those goals (personal and professional) to accelerate our progress and be counted in.
