Genitta Pascal is a seasoned Business Administrator, Cancer Survivor, Inspirational Speaker, and the Creator of the OPAL Code, as well as the Founder and Director of G.P.A. Inc., a coaching and consultancy company dedicated to helping individuals turn life-altering experiences into purpose and action.

Having faced cancer at a young age and growing up in humble beginnings, Genitta’s journey of resilience profoundly shaped her perspective on life, courage, and the importance of pursuing meaningful goals. Rather than allowing adversity to define her limits, she transformed it into a catalyst for growth and purpose. Today, she channels those experiences into her work, guiding others to shift their mindset, overcome fear and self-doubt, and confidently pursue the goals and ideas that matter most to them.

To support this work, Genitta developed her signature framework, The OPAL Code, a practical mindset and action approach that helps individuals move from reflection to clarity, build confidence, take intentional action, and launch purpose-driven ideas or initiatives.

With a strong background in administration, operations, and organizational development, Genitta has served several distinguished organizations, providing strategic support in leadership, program development, and implementation. She previously served as the first Country Coordinator of the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network, coordinating the Youth, Peace & Security Program in Saint Lucia, impacting more than 3,000 youth and earning recognition from the Ministry of Youth Development.

Her commitment to service and leadership has also been recognized internationally. In 2026, Genitta received recognition from Business & Professional Women Dominica during International Women’s Day celebrations, honoring her contributions to leadership, volunteerism, and community impact.

Genitta holds an MBA in Leadership and Innovation, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, and certifications in Transformational Leadership and Project Management, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and excellence.

Through her speaking, coaching, and leadership, Genitta encourages individuals to reframe adversity as an opportunity for transformation.
