Many people continue to ask for a seat at the table. But, how many of us can own our space?
We MUST be able to show up on the world stage, embracing and owning our space.
So many people are fighting for that space, and so many dreams of getting to that space. So do not just become comfortable knowing you are granted the opportunity to sit in that space.
Remind yourself of how hard you had to work to get to that space, believe in yourself, and know the value you are adding to that space. Also, use every opportunity to shine as you continue to show up with an authority that allows individuals to lean in and learn from you.
Don’t just show up on the world stage. Instead, embrace and own your space.
